Sabrina L. Polote

I seek this office to serve our beloved sorority, in partnership with our sisters, ensuring sisterly leadership, clarity, and unity to honor our legacy and advance our impact.

Thirty years of sorority service, paired with a thirty-two-year corporate career, have prepared me to lead with integrity, consistency, and results. In my professional roles, I managed multiyear initiatives, guided diverse teams, and aligned policy to achieve shared goals. Those experiences mirror the responsibilities of regional leadership and equip me to support chapters effectively and equitably.

My vision centers on strengthening standards, developing leaders, and deepening service. Building on my current role as Southern Region Member of the National Scholarship and Standards Committee, I will emphasize policy guidance, consistent chapter management support, and integrity throughout the region. I will ensure chapters receive timely training, practical tools, and transparent communication to build confident leadership and strengthen our shared commitment to sisterhood, scholarship, service, and social action.

My plan is to build on the region’s 100-year legacy of excellence by increasing focus on chapter development and support through several impactful initiatives. I will:

● Administer a training series for chapter officers and committee chairs to improve effectiveness and efficiency which will lead to stronger chapter programming.

Launch training initiatives that bridge generational gaps between collegiate and alumnae members, fostering mutual understanding and ensuring both groups grow, learn, and benefit from the shared experiences.

●  Support collegiate members by addressing campus challenges and empowering them to lead meaningful programs that drive positive change through collegiate engagement and campus advocacy.

● Implement statewide Founders Day celebrations to strengthen fellowship, honor our history, and re-affirm our commitment to our beloved sorority.

Develop a region-wide Day of Service to create meaningful impact in the communities that we serve.

Expand social action partnerships with other organizations to help strengthen communities to foster unity and collaboration across the region.

I am committed to strengthening connections between collegiate and alumnae members. Through mentorship,
shared service, joint training, and respectful dialogue, we will foster an environment where every generation is
respected, valued, and affirmed. I seek this office to serve faithfully—to lead with focus, humility, and resolve—and to help our sisterhood continue to thrive.

I am PREPARED, PROVEN, and PURPOSEFUL.
