A Career Built on Readiness
I am a retired Senior Project Program Manager from AT&T, ranked in the top 10% of leaders, where I spent over 30 years leading enterprise program delivery, financial governance, regulatory compliance, and multimillion-dollar vendor management. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Spelman College. One of my signature professional achievements— leading a three-year, three-phase initiative to design and implement a new national credit scoring model in partnership with the three major credit bureaus. My experience in policy stewardship, cross-functional team leadership, regulatory compliance, and executive-level communication has equipped me with the skills needed to lead the region.
Cultivating Leadership with Care and Connection
For over twenty-five years, I've had the honor of preparing chapters, trainers, advisors across the Grand Chapter. Sharing knowledge and building confidence together, I have implemented policies, resolved conflicts, provided support, and served as a resource. My care and connections to sorors will serve the region.
